Ms. Jacklyne is a sponsor nominated Trustee currently serving her first term. At the board, She chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Jacky brings on board vast experience in governance, finance, accounting and public finance.


Ms. Wakhungu holds a Master of Commerce (MCOM) and Bachelor of
Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degrees from Strathmore University and
is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
In addition, she has attained the following: Senior Management Course
Certification from the Kenya School of Government, APMG Certified PPP
Professional (CP³PR) -Foundation course from APMG International, Trustee
Development Program Certification from Kenya College of Insurance among
others. She has over 18 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and
Donor Funded Financing having worked in the healthcare sector, NGO and
Energy sector. She has previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees
in the Health Sector. Ms. Wakhungu is a Certified Trustee having successfully
completed the TDPK.
