Trustee – Charity Kapanat Zeron
Charity Kapanat Zeron is a Sponsor-Nominated Trustee, currently serving her first term in office. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Charity holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law (KSL), a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), and is a Certified Public Secretary (CS). In addition, she is a Certified Trustee, having successfully completed the Trustee Development Program of Kenya (TDPK). She also holds a Senior Management Course Certification from the Kenya School of Government and a Supervisory Skills Certification from the College of Insurance.
Charity is a seasoned legal officer at Geothermal Development Company
Limited (GDC), with over 10 years of experience as a legal practitioner and
corporate counsel. Her expertise spans negotiation and dispute resolution,
leadership and governance, statutory compliance, and management skills.
Her legal background, coupled with her strong governance and compliance
acumen, makes her a valuable asset in ensuring the Scheme operates within
legal and regulatory frameworks while promoting its growth and sustainability..
