genesis at Zetech University, where he first found his passion for representation and fair
labor practices. This unique combination of fiscal responsibility and union experience gives
him deep experience in retirement security.

retirement planning requires balancing financial acumen with respect for human beings.
“Good pension management respects a lifetime of toil,” he maintains. His approach
balances three critical elements: prudent investments, transparent governance, and
member education. He is a Certified Trustee having successfully completed the TDPK.
At the core of Ngolo’s philosophy is the belief that retirement security rests on three
fundamental principles; first, prudent fund management that balances growth with
security, second, transparent governance that puts members’ interests first, third,
ongoing financial education that empowers members to make informed decisions about
their future. He is particularly passionate about helping members understand how their
contributions today translate into security tomorrow.
Ultimately, Ngolo wants to make retirement a safe and dignified part of life. In his dual role,
he works to enable every member to look ahead to the years beyond their active working
life with confidence and well-deserved comfort.
